The display on the Lava IvoryS is a 7 inch capacitive multi-touch panel carrying a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and there is a dual-core MediaTek MT8312 processor ticking at 1.3 GHz along with Mali 400 GPU running at 416 MHz. Multi-tasking is managed by 1 GB of RAM under the hood. To meet the imaging requirements of the users the Lava IvoryS includes a 3.2 MP primary camera at its back with LED flash and a VGA front-facing snapper for making video calls. The tablet comes bundled with 4 GB of default storage space that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via a micro SD card. Other goodies include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with aGPS and a 2,800 mAh battery. The Lava IvoryS tablet is fueled by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and it comes pre-loaded with a slew of applications including productivity, security and gaming apps. Some of them include WhatsApp, Opera Browser, Hungama Music App, EA Games and PayTM.
